• All appointments must be booked in advance
• Please arrive on time so we can give you the best possible service
• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may require full payment

• Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
• Deposits will be deducted from your final balance

• All prices are from and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service time
• Any price changes will be discussed during your consultation
• Prices are subject to consultation

• Consultations are recommended for all colour services
• We will always advise honestly on what can be achieved safely

• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
• Children’s prices apply to simple cuts only

• Your satisfaction is very important to us
• If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can resolve them

• We reserve the right to refuse service if hair condition or scalp health may be compromised
